About us
Frödinge Sågverk, Hällerum Trä and Frödinge Skog are all part of the same group. Whitewood is mainly sawn in Frödinge and the redwood is mainly sawn in Hällerum. Our philosophy is to optimize every log that arrives into our sawmill giving the highest possible sawing yield. Our state-of-the-art reducer band mill with thin cuts guarantees this. For this reason we pride ourselves on being one of the most efficient sawmills in the area, with over 170 years of sawmilling experience to draw on.
